By downloading, installing, or using StreamPal ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
StreamPal is a desktop application that allows live streamers to control OBS, interact with chat, manage third-party platform integrations, and automate common streaming tasks using voice commands and a graphical interface.
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

The Application connects to third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for:
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, OR PROFITS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update the Application and these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Application at any time without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete all copies from your devices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction in Greece.
